Terri Fry Brukhartz, LCSW has been in private practice since 2001. Prior to that time, she worked as an outpatient therapist at Leyden Family Service & Mental Health Center, and Jewish Family & Children Services.

Terri holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago where she was trained as a therapist. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the largest membership organization of professional social workers in the world, and the Oak Park-River Forest Chamber of Commerce.

Location

Terri's office is located in Oak Park, Illinois, just 15 minutes from downtown Chicago. It is easily accessible via mass transit or car. She sees clients by appointment only.
